Delivery and Returns

How are the orders packaged and shipped?

There is nothing worse than receiving a damaged poster, which is why we do our best to ensure it does not happen. We use specially designed tubes with extra thickness to make sure they are tough enough to stand the distance. Additionally we always wrap the poster in silk paper to protect it from bruises and scratches.

In other words, we do whatever we can to make sure your poster is in perfect condition upon arrival.

How long will delivery usually take?

In 99 per cent of the cases you will receive your product within 3-5 days. Unfortunately this is no guarantee, as we do not deliver the parcels ourselves. We always process the order the same day and have it ready for shipment. You will also receive a track and trace number with your order confirmation.

If your order is urgent please let us know via the comments when ordering, or our contact page (Insert link) and we will do our best to accommodate this in the fastest manner.

Can I return my parcel?

Of course you can. Please return the parcel to us with a copy of your order confirmation and tell us whether you want a replacement of a refund.

The return must be made no later than 14 days upon arrival.

How much does the shipping cost?

The fee for shipping is $10 but we offer free shipping on all orders exceeding $30.

Do you use Track & Trace?

Yes we do, all of our shipments are traced to ensure transparency and safety for you and your parcel. You will receive the ID of your parcel along with the order confirmation.

Payment

Can I have a refund if I regret purchasing?

Yes you can, all you have to do is to return the parcel no later than 14 days upon arrival. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and tell us that you want a refund.

Do you accept credit card?

Yes we do, we accept every internationally recognized credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, American Express and Diners Club.
